    Grilled Wahoo made easy

Wahoo steaks 3-4" dia and 3/4" thick
Pin bacon around steaks with toothpicks
"super chilled" in freezer aprox. 20 min.

    Mix
    1 stick butter melted
    1 bottle Tiger Sauce

Add steaks and bacon to mix. Butter and sauce will stick to extra cold steaks.

Grill on 400deg grill 2mins. each side.

    Mmmm,Mmmmm

I have a stupid queston.........what is Tiger Sauce?

I haven't seen it around our neck of the country. Is there an alternate sauce?

I still have some wahoo and would like to try it.

Hey Barry, I'm holding a bottle in my hand. Now if I only had some Wahoo.

It's a vinegar based hot sauce.
