    grilled striper last night

took a bass fillet and cut off any red meat
took a basket for the grill like the one pictured
put a layer of thin cut yellow squash
then a layer of thin cut onion
    then a layer of spinach
    then a layer of striper
then back to spinach onion and final squash
    closed the basket

placed on the grill at 350-375 for a total of 45 min
put some wet wood chips to generate some smoke
    flipped basket every 5-10min
drizzle olive oil on outside at first couple of flips
    turned out great
worth a try on this one
