    Grilled Sesame Teryaki Wahoo...

This has become my go to recipe for grilled Wahoo...

Filleted Wahoo Loin cut into 1 1/2 Chunks
1/4 Cup Olive Oil ( No need for EVOO)
    3 Tablespoons Teryaki Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon of your favorite Rub Type seasoning
    (I use Lawry's Pork Rub)

Place the wahoo Chunks in a ziplock bag. Mix the other ingredients together - stir well so it all sticks together.
Pour the mixture over the wahoo chunks. Work the air
out of the bag and let sit for 15 mins (turn once)

Place Wahoo Chunks on a hot grill - maybe 2 mins per side

This also works well with Mahi, tuna etc - any firm white fish
