Grilled Chicken topped with Sundried Tomatos, Mushrooms and Capicolla Recipe
This recipe is pretty basic:
Serves 5-6
2lbs chicken breast sliced thinly length wise
6-8 sundried tomatoes
8oz mushrooms Shitake and button mixed
8 slices of imported Capicolla
2 cloves of garlic
2tbs green onions
olive oil
8oz package of mozzarella
Grill off your chicken almost to being done, while chicken cooking saute all your other ingrediants, spoon onto chicken and top with mozzarella and melt in 350 oven
