Great Mahi!

I had to bow out of a trip to Frying Pan Tower the other day with some friend. My friend Dr. Barlett brought over some frest grilled Mahi for my wife and I that night. After taking a bite of some of the best cooked fish ever I had to ask what he did to it. It had that familiar but different citrus taste so I blurted out, "lot's of lemon right?". NO! He was out of lemon so he marinated it in orange juice for 20 minutes and then broiled in high heat with pepper and salt. It was that simple but it was fantastic. Thanks doc!!!!!! You guys should try it.
