Glenn would hang em in his garage, Marty would put em on a samich with mayo and peanut butter, Capt-D would cook them on a grill the size of my house, and Whitey, well, I heard he is a vegetarian.![]()
I think I would do what Capt-D does, grill them like chicken, just not as long, using whatever you want them to taste like. Of course, they are going to taste great fried too.
If your grillin I would cook em like beer can chicken but use something like a v8 can.
Had some recently up in a hunting cabin in Franklin County, VA. They were execllent.
Cut them in quarters and soaked them in a whole milk/eggwash/caynne pepper bath for about three drinks.
Breaded them liberally with House Autry Chicken Breader and let them swim in hot peanut oil for another drink. I guess I cooked a dozen or so of them.
The twenty or so folks there said they were awesome. I was on vacation so I just had another drink.
