Go to Amazon.com, search Grilling Cookbooks.
This is good one:
How to Grill: The Complete Illustrated Book of Barbecue Techniques (Paperback)
by Steven Raichlen (Author)
this a good one rubs & sauces, which are essential to grilling.
Barbecue! Bible : Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades, Bastes, Butters, and Glazes by Steven Raichlen
The venison appetizer recipe (their venison backstrap wrapped in bacon with bellpepper in them) is awesome. I replace the mushrooms with pepper jack cheese.
Also, there is a steak recipe that I cooked just the other night. It's like a mexican swing on a steak with cilantro, garlic, cumin, chipotle chile peppers in Adobo sauce and some other ingredients that I can't remember right off the top of my head. BEST steak I have every cooked!
Alot of other great recipes too but these are the best that I have tried so far. Quite a few North Carolina recipes in there. And don't let me forget the Lexington Red Slaw. Great with barbeque or any seafood dish!
Check it out.

There is tons of recipes in there on just about everything you want to cook and it also has recipes for appetizers and stuff in it as well! Great book IMO

Better homes and gardens actually makes a pretty good Grilling cook book. I am big on smoke bar b que. I like to use mesquite wood and cook a brisket on the grill for about 10 hours and it comes out great. I also recommend the beer in the rear chicken. Hope I helped out.
