    Favourite Fish Dish?

I don't have a clue what would be my favourite fish dish.
So i'm asking you for basic suggestions to try out.

I haven't had much experience in the 'fishmen' world yet, still a lot to learn. Everybody starts somewhere.

SUSHI...bluefin or yellowfin. Soy/ginger/wasabi marinade for dipping....A little wasabi in the sticky rice. 1/8" slice of upper or mid loin sushi...Oh man...I am drooling just typing this...

I've tried sushi a little while back and thanks for the suggestion. I love Japanese Food and I haven't had the chance to have it for quite some time, and I will consider this as my next dish.
    Thanks again Fin Addiction.

dude- i'm a korean. we eat fish like a religion. look where korea is- it's surrounded by water. and let me tell u this- get urself to a chinese restaurant (i don't mean like chinese take out places or those fancy cuisine places, but those authentic informal chinese restaurants) and order STEAMED FLOUNDER. and i dare u to find a better dish than that. i cant even tell if i like the soft flounder meat better or the sauce that it's soaked in.

can never go wrong with sushi!! steamed flounder, interesting, can't wait to give it a try!!

while my 1st choice is tuna, you can't go wrong with a piece of salmon on the grille. try it with a little Soy Vay (it's a brand) teryaki, but don't marinade for more than 20-30 minutes. skin side down, rule of thumb is 10min per inch...of temp of grille will influence that.

    enjoy.
