FATHEAD PEPPERS!

OK, so here's my first contribution to the Grillin & Chillin. No, it's not my own recipe, but I wanted to share this w/all of you. A customer of ours here in the shop introduced them to us last fall and have got to say these are the BEST stuffed peppers!

Marty's Rigging School was in town this weekend and we shared them w/everyone in class. Seemed like everyone enjoyed them (especially Admin & GlennW), so I hope everyone will enjoy them here as well.

One of personal favorite ways to serve them is just w/sauteed chicken cutlets and pasta.

Mary, They look tasty. To bad i have a tough time with hot stuff anymore. To much beer and hot wings in my college years, or maybe my body is gettin to old. We really should talk about a BBQ event, maybe september some time, it's after the bulk of the season and before the stripes start runnin. Who knows? Thanks Tim
