    somebody mentioned food?

got to eat big on board. Sorry but working hard and pulling requires some good calorie intake Time to take care of the chikin in style. Those foldtuk thingys look way too fragil and fancy for me. Got to have something to be able to trow around if the need arrives. Closing that fancy stuff is not an option.. I would not give it 1 day out on my boat... we do it hard@#$@ Give me some some wrapped foil paper and I'm gd to go. tupperwares are a pain to, requires too much handling, opening, closing and storage. Bring out the wrapped up sammichs, popcorn chicken and shrimp. Potato chips and doritos are gd as well, just take a drink out the cooler and we good to go. No fancyness, got to be effective out there, leave the sirloin meals for when you get home

    Time is fish

But then again, I'll change 10 years from now when I get a Viking

Oh Brother, thats our menu sometimes. Sopresatta and imported provolone (not that domestic soapy tasting crap) in a big chunk, dried sausage, roasted peppers (make my own on the grill) and Bagette (I know, I hate buying french anything) This is the best.

I'm going with Prosciuto wrapped bread sticks next time, great idea...

    Eating on the boat................well......

I keep a plastic container in the cabin stocked with snacks like cookies, beef jerky, chips, nabs, viennas and beanie weenies, and my favorite, smoked oysters.

Most times it's chicken. We stop at Popeye's or Bojangles on the way to the ramp and get spicy chicken. Immediately move it from the box to a gallon ziplock bag.

I also have one of those Magma grills, but the damn thing takes up too much space and gets in the way of fishing.

Sandwiches are good, too. Love them PB&J's.

Went Rockfishing with a bro of mine for the first time last year. Fishing for him is not # 1 on the list ,but he is a ton of fun to hang out with. When he said lunch time,I was ready for a sandwich, not on this rig.Out came the gas grill put in one of the holders on the rocket launcher on goes the Barbeque chicken, told me to pull out one of those rockfish get busy, fresh rockfish on the grill( now I can catch another one),Asparagus with bernaise sauce.Holy Chit what a lunch on the boat.

I love the fried grouper cooked on the gas grill that fits in a rod holder, especially so, on the overnight trips to the Gulf! Thinking of it, makes me want to go now!
