    ingredients.....

1 lb. prefer backfin or lump....(de-shelled if need be)
    real butter..NO fake stuff
    cream cheese
orange juice with pulp/or white wine.....NOT BOTH
    fresh parsley
    pimento
    mozzarella cheese shredded
    SMOKED provolone cheese shredded
Old Bay or JO Spice seasoning
    fresh squeezed lemon

Ok.....melt butter...melt cream cheese in pan then add orange juice or white wine (like a 1/4 cup) and pimento...before it starts to thicken.. pour over crabmeat....try NOT to break up lumped crabmeat...let chill in fridge for a couple of hours....preheat oven....NO MICROWAVE to 325 and put in oven so butter/cream cheese mix starts to liquify..gently stir so all crabmeat is covered......now light sprinkle of Old Bay or JO Spice seasoning.....turn oven on broil....and cover with both shredded cheeses...once cheese starts to bubble remove and let cool....when dish is almost cool to touch remix all and top with parsley and fresh squeezed lemon juice.....

great with round bread bowls or good crackers..

PS...DO NOT TELL YOUR DOCTOR about this recipe.....

most of my friends prefer the OJ recipe over the white wine one
