This winter I covered most of my clam dishes except the chowder, so I guess this is the time. Went out Sunday 7:30 am Tide for chowders and some tops, which are in the pail shown below for the 1/2 shell fixins. My recipes are always off the cuff so no exact measurements are give, just add what you feel at the time. onions, celery, bacon, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, 1 beer, clam juice and yes clams. The final picture is missing of the completed project, will post tomorrow. To me the best part is having a son that carries on the family tradition. Fish and clams beware!!!!!
