Chicken & corn soup
1.5 lbs chicken (de-boned)
1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
3 TSP butter
2 chicken boilion cubes
1 cup hot water
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cups half & half
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz corn
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tomato (chopped)
4oz chiles
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Brown in butter w/ onion and garlic. Dissolve boulion in water and add cumin. Add the chicken. Simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Stir until cheese melts. Add tomatoes. Enjoy!
