Chef Rich Sterling...Ambergris cay, Turks and Caicos
So you guys wonder what happens to all the fish and lobster that gets brought in here? Well here he is....the master chef himself... Chef Rich Sterling. He's our executive chef here at Turks and Caicos Sporting Club. The man works wonders in the kitchen. Here's his creations for todays catch. How about a wahoo platter of fresh grilled and some awesome seared as well.

Believe it or not, that's grilled watermelon on the left. Rich has been checking out the site and getting some recipes together to share. I'll tell him to hurry up when I see him later on.
