CAPTAINS SEAFOOD DIP
Maryland Crab / Rock Dip
2 (8) ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk, whole
3 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, SP?
Pinch garlic salt
Pinch dry mustard
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. pound Backfin crabmeat or Shoulder of Rock
Pinch Paprika
Old Bay Seasoning, you know how much
Preheat the oven to 350º F. use middle rack
In a large bowl, working with a wire whisk(ladies) fork (men), together add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce(sp?), mustard and garlic salt. Whisk or fork until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. With a rubber spatula or fork (men), fold in the crabmeat.
Grease a 1--cup casserole. Pour in crab mixture. Top with the remaining cheese. Bam the paprika and old bay seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and slightly browned. You can microwave this dip. 5 min power 7. then stir. 5 min power 7. Crack an ice cold water, log on to sportfishermen.com and serve it up.

Crab mustard is good
Sounds good Flat- crab dip is one of my favorite dishes. Ill have to wip up some rock dip though- Now where to get some fresh rockfish Looks like Ill have to make a trip south
