broiled Bay Scallops
Place a layer of mushroom caps (caps only) in a baking dish open side down
put a layer of scallops over the mushroom caps. Pour garlic butter over the scallops Broil for about 5 mins, then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and broil for about 3 more minutes. |

Bay scallops! oh you heartless dog you......Brings back some fond memories of Waquoit Bay back in the day when I could limit out thirty minutes after sunrise opening day with my bushel...
Is there really any finer seafood that fresh bay scallops?
