This is for all the hunters and friends on SFC.
MY secret deer receipt.
Take the toughest, rankest buck you have ever harvested.
1. Remove all tenoned and white fiber from the back strap.
2. Cut strap into 3/4" to 1" fillets.
3. Soak overnight in Worcestershire sauce, a little water, and a dash of meat tenderizer.
4. Wrap 1 piece of bacon ( hold with wooden tooth picks) around the outer edge of steak.
6. Season with: onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
5. Cook fast on a hot fire (charcoal).
DO NOT OVER COOK
MED TO MED RARE.
It will taste like the best fillet Manon's money can buy.
