Not much better than hauling in a fat 15 lb Silver Salmon, gut it, build a fire, get the screen out of the truck, grab the Johnny's seafood seasoning, slice a few slits across the sides, cover with seasoning, throw the fish on the fire on the screen, and let it cook 10 minutes on a side then grab the ol' trusty leathermen and dig in. This my boys is river heaven at it's finest. You will never taste anything so awesome, especially on a snowy, cold day. Heaven in the Northwest!!!
