    Best way to cook spanish?

    Hey, Whats your favorite way to cook spanish mackerel? I like mine marinated in lemons and put some seasoning and let it cook then take it off the grill (skin on) and put some lime on it. Ooo yeaa

    Ceviche is awesome! Never tried Spaniard though..Usually eat Spanish lightly breaded, fried with some HOT vinegar.

    For me, broiled -

    Filet the spanish, leave the skin on, Place the filets skin side down on a baking pan (foil or parchment recommended) Brush garlic butter over the top and lightly sprinkle with Progresso Italian style Bread crumbs. Broil in the oven until donw.

    Here is one for you all to try, leave skin on and spray Pam on some Foil on the grill. Pore some Thousand Island Dressing over it and cook with top closed.

    1-Dip filets in buttermilk
    2- Dredge in House Autry Hot Seafood breader
    3 -Release in Grease
    4- Grab beer and put on the feed bag.

    I like to fillet, leaving the skin on, but with the blood line cut out. Sprinkle with paprika, baste with melted butter and broil or grill skin side down till it flakes off the skin
