    best grilled tuna ? any ideas welcome

    I m looking for some ideas on grilling some yellowfin I caught aboard the Royal Polaris.Taking em to my parents tonight for din din and they are using both a grill and charcoal.

    yep hence the name lived there my whole life and my fam is still all there but about 6 years ago I bought a house in spring mount in lower frederick

    kid,

    all I use is some salt, fresh ground pepper and some lemon pepper(not too much lemon pepper). Nothing else. I've tried the ZestyItalian thing, I would just as soon drink it out of the bottle, not for me. Keeping it simple let's you enjoy the taste of the tuna. Not knocking anyone else's taste. Frank

    Another simple one - mix 2 parts olive oil, 1 part sesame oil, 1 part teryaki - put the tuna in a plastic bag pour the mix over it.

    Make sure the tuna is completely coated.

    Add Salt and pepper to taste and grill the tuna.

    That's all I do for a lot of grilled fish: tuna, wahoo, snapper, grouper, dolphin. As an alternative, I use some Spanish mojo marinade
