I'll weigh in on this...

Tamazula is my pick hands down. Great temperature, awesome flavor... unbelieveable on quesadillas

How 'bout you?

My Vote:

For me Tiger Sauce is the best all around

Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce (Asian Section of the Market).

Dave's Insanity hurts too badly.

Crystal Sauce for Wings and Fried Chicken

Tobasco for Fish Tacos

Getting Bored of the same old sauces. Any Suggestions will be tried, I promise.

Marie Sharp's Habenero Sauce....from Belize......stuff kicks ass and burns ass also....they have a couple different heat levels. Great flavor, not just hot.

The heat

It seems that some sauces are just too hot. Give me some flavor adding hot sauces, not just burn my tongue and arse off.

Try the Tamazula then. My girl is from Mexico and gave me some of this- it's got an awesome flavor (peppers but with a bit of smoke), and it's not a gringo killer.
