where can you buy bear meat?

Ive never seen it for sale. I believe it is illegal in most states to sell wild game meat, and Im not aware of any bear farms. You can find elk, moose, venison, buffalo and quite a few others from "game meat" farms but bear really isnt a real demanded meat. You might try some of the asian markets or look on line for overseas suppliers, or wait till next season and put a plea in the Hunting section someone may be willing to part with some, better yet grab your rifle or bow and shoot yourself one.
