Made it for the wife and kids this weekend. My daughter also had a friend over who does not really like fish. After her second helping she asked if she could bring the recipe home to her mom. I made about 2.5 lbs of fish and there were no left overs. Thanks alot my mom has put in a request for mothers day dinner.

Subline I made this for my Mother for easter dinner. Ma said if you can get this kinda of good eating recipes from a computer she will have to learn how to use one. Thanks again my parents loved it.
