Baked Banana w/chocolate and marshmallows

This is my favorite to cook over hot coals. Did it lots this summer at the spit. Get a banana, leave it in the peel, slice it lengthwise but don't go through the bottom peal. Open the slice and stuff it full of chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Wrap the whole thing in tinfoil (at least three layers to stop it from burning) Toss it on the coals for 15-20min turning it over half way through. Split the tin foil once it's cooled down and grab a spoon. Soooooo goood !!
