Almond baked Ahi drizzled with dijonaise sauce

Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
Almond Meal (Trader joes has them or used a coffee grinder with almonds)
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Dry White cooking wine
Egg
Chopped Dill Weed

Tuna
1) Coat an appropriate size baking dish with cooking spray
2) Dredge steaks in whole egg batter
3) Place in baking dish and cover with crushed almond meal
4) Bake in over at 400-450 degrees until desired texture

Sauce
1) Combine equal parts mayo and mustard in a dish
2) add in a dash of white wine until the consistency is somewhat liquid
3) Mix in a pinch of fresh dill weed

Drizzle over cooked fish and serve.

sounds magnificent,I like fishing too.But I don't think I will be able to join it.There will be more people hoping to join your community,so keep on trying your community will be nice and strong.
