Tried Cape May Point tonight.

With heavy rain and wind during the day, I didn't do any charters, but the rains stopped and it cleared up. The wind was still blowing so I thought I would try Cape May Point from the beach and jetties. Looked like everyone else had the same idea as the leeward jetties were packed with anglers. Found a small jetty with no one fishing it. Fished it for about and hour and a half with a small yellow while jiggie on intermediate line and got 4 sea herring to about 15 inches. Would of caught more but forgot my korkers and couldn't fish the end where most of the activity was.

Guys on the other jetties were getting small blues, small weakies and herring. They were all using spinning tackle.

At least I got my fishing fix in for the day.
