Glad to hear it.

I think your flies had the farthest trip so the rest should make it today also.

Christmas came early!!! Saw the package in the mailbox today and could not wait to see the flies. VERY NICE! I thank each and everyone of you for the exchange. I would like to make a special point of thanking Wave for his heroic effort to finish. Now just need the bay to warm up a couple more degrees.

On a seperate note would like to make sure you each know if you find yourself visiting the lower end of the Ches Bay I drive a Key Largo 196 and would be happy to take you out fishing. Plan to get Wave out as soon as the water temps improve a couple more degrees.

Talking

Got them finally in the mail. This being my first time doing a swap am really pleased in what I got in return. Actually, a friend of mine and I were recently talking about looking for a good eel pattern fly for stripers and I think that Wave's "gill Buster" just might be it. thanks to everyone and thatns to Dave for organizing this and allowing me to enter in so late. I am definately looking foward to doing something in the future with you guys.

Glad they made it.

Everyone should have theirs now.

We'll have another next year. Until then, let's all get out and catch some fish. We should all have something to chase within a month or so.

Lee...that would be excellent. I'll be looking to see the pattern. I have plenty of sand eels but getting something to imitate an american eel would be killer around our area!!

On a side note, here on Long Island, we still have about a good part of a month to go (especially after the snow/ice storm we got a week or so ago...) so a buddy of mine from a different site is setting up a last second swap if anyone is interested. Dont know the time or theme yet but he told me about it today at work. Any interest, let me know. the otehr site is here http://www.stripersonline.com/surfta...=1#post3827602
