rod cases?

i have broken a few rods... there are some ODD stories about how i broke them... but thats for later... anyway which rod would you think would be best for me? i have a 9 foot, 2 piece rod. i would prefer it it had the real section attached.... thanks

I have a 2 rod case for 4-piece jobs that allow me to keep the reel attached. Canvas outter w/ a "tube" section for the rod.

Don't know where I got it, but Cableas has them on sale.

jemche. they should hsve them big enough for your 2 pc. rod. I have one like that, that holds 2 rods and reels side by side.

if cabelas doesnt have them..we get custom cases , to size..at pretty good prices..give me i call i will find out how much.. i am not sure because i dont do much fly stuff, but i was looking at them last month..and they are pretty nice..i think they might even come with your name on them..

go to lowes....get a piece of PVC pipe two caps one of which should be a screw on and screw off. Cut and glue. Sweet fly case for about $15! I love mine.

also....fill the ends with foam so that the tips don't break. Nothing for heavy travel but a sweet way to store it for light travel and hard core racket in trucks and such.
