NH Fly-Fishing Salt & Fresh

Hey! I think I found Home, thanks Dave. Even though I'm a shore fisherman after 70 yrs. at least I'm still fishing.
I'm going to be looking for NH beach conditions and suggestions. I've been tying and fly fishing for sixty years, so I'm not a rookie but I'm not dum enough to think I know all that I should, to at least be competitive.
I don't want to make this just one way. I've fished all of NH, most of Ma. including the Berks, Vt., Northeast Kingdom, a lot of Me. so if If I can be of help to anyone going to a specific area, fly selection, time of year etc., just ask.
A couple of things to know about my situation, I'm about a hour from the coast so I'm looking for a trip that has had some recent success and might not be too tough to access. Have found out recently I'm not bullit proof. Long walks on soft sand might be tough .
Fly-tying questions, salt and fresh, I will respond to and try to help any way I can.
I'll be looking for any info and help concerning NH beaches.
