Word...
Sadly.. I have this thing called a job.. but.. I'm sleep deprived, retard strong, and I'll have flies for everyone!!!
Weekends would be better..
You guys come up with a date that isn't July 24th.. and I'm there.
I know some DE beaches.. if you guys know some areas in the inlet, I'd be down for that.. just take into account that it is a weekend and there will be tons of bennies around..
So any spot you are considering... make sure they aren't going to get crazy... enough room to backcast etc..
I have a kayak and waders...

Sounds good, For me it would be difficult with charters and everything else. Hope you get a group that can do it. Even with our local fly club it is very difficult getting groups together with setting date long in advance. You will not know till you try. Good Luck.

Thumbs up

This seems like a good way to start a new adventure.
Depending on number of people that can make it I have a proposition. I'm in Millsboro de on the Rehobeth/Indian river bay. Boat will be back in water this week. I can run with 6-8 people to the fishin area I'm thinking about. (need to check max persons allowed). Not far. about 2 mi. from my dock.
Beer and Bar-b at days end ?
If you have a chart of the bays heres where I think it might work.

1. From Masseys to Rehobeth bay, from Masseys to bouy 11 there is a long sand bar with the channel running along it.
2. From Masseys to indian river bay, narrow winding
channel with sand bars.
3. West of Burton's island

Plan. Beach and fish the channels .
Open to suggestions on fishing locations.

Joe

Brad and I could also run people with our boats to sand bars in the middle of the bay or over to assateague to fish the south jetty where there is zero tourists.

Nice spots I think in Oc also.
Outside Bahia marina,
Outside Oc fishing center
Just above Rt 50 bridge and from harbour island towards
Bahia.
Both the inside and outside of the sand bar and both sides
of the channel.
Alongside the thorofare.
I'm sure plenty more.

Who you callin a tourist ?
