Calm. We left in the dark. Beautiful sunrise. Put the baits out in 100 feet on the 150 line. Trolled 4 planers with stripped menhaden on a double hook rig with a Seawitch.
Started putting fish in the box. Steady pick till 2:30 PM and fish were gutted and we returned.
Packed out at Tilmans Fish house. Unloaded 1265 lbs of King Mackeral. It will go to New York in the morning.
Got back as the sun is going down. Charles cleaned the boat in the dark.
I piloted the boat while fishing. Cousin Jimmy assisted in the cockpit.
