Well it was a suck day for us!
But I am very happy with the results! With 10 boats in the game 5 took home money and awards. Congrats Team Contender! Congrats Ken Zwirko 21 Open with your 1st place fish, and largest fish 38.85 calcutta! All of Team Fountain did very well both days the all had some real nice fish on Saturday! Congrats Team Rockhound Lance Rowe with the 2nd place finsh. Congrats Joe Desilva 31 Open with his 3rd place finish along with the 2nd in the calcutta. Joe had also won the micheals tournament for 10k last weekend! Belated Congrats! Team Prime Coat 31 Open Cathy Hughes took home top female angler! Team Andreas Toy 31 Fisharound Freddy Gamboa's two boys took the junior awards! Great job kids and crew! Team Jersey Devil Brian Rice 31 Cuddy took home the blue fish calcutta 13 lbs,also placed 3rd in the calcutta. Congrats to ALL! Great fishing and meeting all of you guys! See you soon

The 36ft Yellowfin, Out on a Limb 4, would ALSO like to congratulate Joe and all the other contestants who participated...... Though we eventually were bumped down to 4th place money, because of a poor showing on Saturday of 17+, It was Us, Not Joe, who took the 2nd place Striper Calcutta Money with a 35.70 fish..... Thanx ASA.... Out on a Limb 4 crew had a blast...... |
