Redfish help in NC!!

i need some help catching redfish in north carolina. i dont have a boat yet but i want to try my luck with them. i was just wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out and point me in the right direction to try to catch a few without a boat. i know this might be a crazy idea but i atleast want to try it.
