I would like to welcome everyone to DARE YA Sportfishing!!! I'm Captain Duane A. Martin. I have grown up fishing the Chesapeake Bay and offshore waters of Virginia and northeast North Carolina. I run DARE YA, a 32' Hatteras Express with full electronics and tower. She is fully rigged with everything you need to be comfortable and have a great day on the water. No matter what you are looking for, we have a charter for you. DARE YA's home port is Little Creek inlet, which is minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. The CBBT forms one the the largest artificial reefs on the east coast, attracting numerous large game fish including rockfish, cobia, red drum, black drum, and sharks. Other gamefish attracted by this large complex are flounder, spadefish, sheepshead, bluefish, and tautog. Near shore you will find king mackeral, spanish mackeral, cobia, sharks, amberjacks, and jack crevalle. Late November and early December large bluefin tuna frequent our coast. Offshore you will find numerous species of tuna, dolphin(mahi), wahoo, white and blue marlin and sailfish. We have light tackle charters available at your request.
