    VA Beach Stripers/Rockfish

Well, we just got back from our first charters down there! Fri, we found a Massive birdplay that when we finally got to it I just stoud on the bow in amazment of all the birds that were iin it! They Gannets were diving for over 20 mins. And the charter was hooking up with fish after fish! They caught all sizes, from 15 lbs to 42 lbs. and also taking the time to tag 8 or nine of them! I'll see if I can get the pictures off of them to post on here for all of you! One of the guys took a video of the birds diving and showed it to us back at the dock. Once he figures out how to get it off the camera and upload it, I'll also post that too!

Anyone wanting more info, feel free to call me or email! The bite is really on fire down there!

    Yes,
We have charters starting on Thu. We were in the triangle between Cape Henry & Rudee. That birdplay was just unbelievable! We are hoping to move the boat to Rudee. We are in Lynnhaven inlet right now docked right next to the fitness center! It's hard to get the charters on the boat! If you know what I mean!

That's great news!! If anyone on here wants to make up a charter and take a trip to VA, let's get one going.

One of my favorite things to watch is the Gannets Beehiving! They are truly a sight to see. Glad you got in them and caught some fish.

That's a great way to put it!!! That's exactly what it looked like! Awesome!
Some big dummy forgot both, his camera & video. I drove thru the night and got there at 6 am. Took a nap for a hour then met them at the dock got the boat ready and headed out at 11 am. At least the charter remembered.
