    Eagle Watch

    Pokomoke River State Park, Pocomoke City (Worcester County)

    Catch a glimpse of the majestic bald eagle along the banks of the wild and scenic Pocomoke River. Join a naturalist for a short walk and explore the wonderful world of the bald eagle. For information or to sign-up, call 410-632-2566.

    Scenic River Hike

    January 17 from 12 to 2 p.m.; $2 per person

    Patapsco Valley State Park, Daniels Area, Daniels (Howard County)

    Enjoy an afternoon hike along the river and get some exercise at the same time. See the wildlife and learn a little history of the Park. Hike will go over some semi-rough terrain. Bring water and wear hiking shoes. Meet at the first parking lot on the right off of Daniels road before the dam. This program is recommended for ages 11 and up.
