sorry for the late report.

The Wounded Warrior Program is a great way to help wounded vets.
We Did a trip for a great cause.

On Thursday Dave Shunke had Matt Lawrence a wounded warrior on board the 39 Venture In$ufi$hentFund$ for a afternoon of fishing.
Also along was his brother ben, and feiancie Kelly.

The plan was to get matt on a nice striped bass.
Heading out about 3Pm.
found some bunker schools , and made bait.

The radar was picking up a very fast moving storm blowing thru Pa. and headed our way.
We looked for some fish and the wind started to pick up.
Blowing pretty good 30+...and then up to about 45..
The storm was moving slightly south, so we decided to see what happens.
After a lightning siteing and BIG clap of thunder, we made our way back in to the marina for some bait. and to kill some time.

The storm passed and we headed back out.
Decided to do a little seabassing.
we anchored up, picked away at some nice seabass.

Then we went back inshore for some striper action.
Hit a couple bunker schools, had a few runoffs.
Then we got a call from GeneQ (thanks bud), about a school of nice fish up the beach.
The Venture made a very quick ride to the spot.
Hooked up to some sweet fish.

Dave was able to get matt his striper.
A great day.
Mission accomplished.
Also want to thank daves brother matt and of course Jeff for another great trip.
