Fished the Super Bowl Weekend out of Cape May on the Stanley Rose....
Saturday good crew... Matt, Craig , Orlando - El Guapo, Kevin, Vic and Myself..... Fishing was HORRIBLE to say the least...First 2 wrecks not one bite for the whole boat... third spot got 2 keepers I think Matt and Orlando or Kevin and this wasnt till noon..... last spot finally got a pick going at 2pm.. small fish... kept 12....biggest only 17.5 inches.... Water super dirty... lotta sand and shell floating around from the blow and roll the day before....
Sunday Vic and I stayed for more punishment on the open boat trip, but we knew he would be going deeper in better conditions...was joined by Jeff, Sam, Dick, and Phil... Water Crystal Clear.... first wreck in 100 ft was lights out from the start.... died off... moved around to no avail and came back to square one and had drop and reel again.....Vic was def da man....sat up front all alone and fished his nutz off..... We Filled the limits way to easy with fish up to 9lbs using whiteleggers all day long.....
