Decided late Sunday morning to give the flat ones a go, so headed out from atl. Highlands around 1215 wit Orlando and found ZERO SWELL wit flat calm seas ocean side of Sandy hook... got our lines in @ 1250 and it was a good old school bite right from the start... boxed our 2 man limit in 2hrs with the biggest going 8.2 lbs followed by a 7.5 and a few 4's and a 5..... definitly one of the top 10 days of the year condition wise...could have loaded up the boat if we had more anglers.... hope to freeze Some more on Wednesday if the seas stay low...
