Sundog report 8/4/07 and always go home with at no less than a Dz. crabs

Lewis Patrick and Shigeru Mukoyoura had 4 Flounder up to 22”using Gulp’s New Penny shrimp fishing at the Old House.

Bill Penn and his wife fishing at the #6 Buoy had 4 Weakfish, 4 Bluefish and 6 Croakers using Squid.

Anna Barnow had 4 Stripers in less than 20 min. up to 21” fishing off our dock (I thought that she was suppose to be working )

Bill Penn and his grandson’s Brandon and Haydon fishing for the first time in the bay returned to the 6 buoy and had a great day using Squid and Shedder returning with 27 Croakers, 12 Bluefish and another 4 Weakfish.

There were a lot of short Flounder and Bob Terry had 12 nice Croakers around the 6.

I would like to throw in 1 offshore report.

Fishing in the Ocean City Marlin and Tuna Club’s 30th annual Overnight Billfish tournament on the “Diamond Girl” with Capt. Larry Stout and crew we had a great trip despite finishing out of the money with a unusual catch after a 20 min fight between the Spencer and the Lindy a fish broke off and we pulled up a Eyeball and socket that looked like it came from a Swordfish. Overnight we fought a 300 to 400 lb. Shark for 45 min. but lost it in the props. We did return with some Mahi Mahi and Bonito and a lot of could have been on the shark It was a great trip and a lot of fun our hats are off to the winners.

The “Diamond Girl” sails out of Harbor House in Ocean City call for info.

The reports of Blue claws from our rental boats is heating up again with bushels getting fuller and the Perch are filling the cooler on almost every trip, don’t forget that if you rent a boat we see that you go home with no less than 12 crabs.

We have Bloodworms, shedders and minnows to go along with all the frozen baits and are open from 6am till 5pm 7 days a week.
