stripper fishing in barnegat light, nj

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and was looking for some advice re. stripper fishing. I'll be down in barnegat for the next ten days on 26th street. I was wondering if anyone had any recomedations re. fishing the surf in that area and what bait they seem to be hitting on. I usually will alternate between eel, clams and bunker. I'd prefer to avoid the inlet and stick to the surf. Any suggestions or reccomedations would really be helpful. Even the best tide times a couple hours before high, etc. what type of sinkers; anything. Thanks very much!
