FISHED THE 60' AREA THURSDAY AFTERNOON, ON THE HOOK BY 3:00 BACK IN THE BARN BY 6:00 BOATED 5 STRIPERS 3 FOR THE TABLE, SMALLEST FISH
33"S BROKE MY HEART TO EXPLAIN TO A 1O YEAR OLD THAT THE FISH WASN'T BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP. ANYHOW FISH WENT FROM 33"S TO 41"S
WATER WAS AROUND 56 DEG VERY MURKY, BUNKER WAS BAIT OF CHOICE.
Capt. Dave, Nice job in finding fish in murky conditions & getting them to bite. Tuff position to be in, telling a youngin that the fish he just caught has to go back . But these are life lessons that have to be learned. Haig
Nice report, Hope you had a camera. Most kids enjoy the fight and landing the fish and most don't care about the eating. Picture of them and their fish, Priceless they will remember it forever and appreciate it more later in life when they are able to take their kids out and catch. I am sure he had a super day.
