Striper Fishing in January - Virginia Beach

I have just gotten back into fishing in Virginia Beach. I was fishing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel for stripers but that season is over. Can anybody please tell me where the area is that I can still fish for stripers legally? I normally launch my boat in the Lesner Bridge area.

EAST OF THE LINE BETWEEN SMITH ISLAND AND CAPE HENRY LIGHTS. INSIDE THREE MILES OF THE BEACH. THAT IS WHERE YOU CAN KEEP THEM LEGALLY.
