specks still around
they need to look at the calender-Had the best personal day of the year today as me and mike put a hurtin on em today in Lynnhaven. Boxed 10, released 6 or 7 more of which all but one were legal, and got a couple of palm beach releases on some other nice ones. all in about 3 hours total. who would have thought middle of november and still catchin em- all on mirrorlures, color didnt seem to matter today. craig
Chubby rascals this year aren't they. The sombiches chewed today. Started a little slow this morning but I think the wind was causing us to miss a lot of bites. By dark we were netting them as fast as we could net em and get the lines back out. Nice report and pics Miles. That's a strong show ofit in Lynnhaven. Glad you got some dinner.

thanx guys- we wacked em again today with my largest going 24" and 4 1/4 pounds. (yea shoulda released it for the paper but i thought it might go weight,roll of the dice,lol) .all the fish today were real quality fish. I think we ended up keeping 13 releasing a couple after that. best 2 hours of speck fishing i think i have ever had,lol. heres a couple of pix from today. (all fish caught on mirro-lures in 12 ft of water.

thanx geoff, so's how about a report and some pix of your trip dude!! captain fishing with you??? admiral maybe,lol??? you dont have to worry about me fishing the eb river, i work there at the navy yard every day!!! i am happy to report that we were probably one of the worst polutors of that river for the last couple of hundred years , at least the water we put back now is cleaner than the water we take in- (filling drydocks anyway). see ya dude- going to go try again this morning= craig
Dang - just found the VA board since they moved it... look what I missed. Pretty work on the specks earlier this week bud. I lost'em somewhere along the way, but should be back after'em this weekend/next week. If you can get some time, let's get out there together.

hey al, puter been down for a couple of days and ive been down with the bug myself so i havnt been online until now.- my buddy caught 6 this morning- most right outside of duck inn. hey al- youg know the shore guys in the top picture?, charles on the right is a tarpon guide??? ( ).tim on the left is my oyster man, lives in machipango. if i feel better tomorrow i might give it a shot, but maybe we can hook up soon before they leave. see ya
