Six 8 pounders jump start my long weekend!

I stopped at the surf near my house on the way home from workin the night shift to see if any fish were bustin on bunker. Perched myself on a dune and hungout with the seagulls doing as they do at around 640. We watched a sole angler throwin metal from afar for about 15mins..just reelin and swingin..then i saw the good old arch of the rod!!

My waders were on in 3secs!! I landed six 8-10pound blues in 9 casts..then silence. Left at 730 and grabbed a few bacon egg and cheese sandwiches for my son and i.
