Nov. 17th: We really need to get a break with this wind and according to the weatherman that will happen today; we just can't wait to get out on the jetties and sling some eels...........

There really has been a lack of angler participation so far this fall. But, after talking to those dedicated guys and gals that have stuck it out so far; most seem to be pleased with the fruits of their labor. There are still a lot of bass around waiting to head south; it's not over yet...............

Nov. 16th: There are plenty of bass around; the ocean is fishable; you just need to put in the time...............

Nov. 14th: The guys fishing clams yesterday had fun and it seemed low tide produced more bass than the higher water. It is going to be a beautiful day in the neighborhood with warmer air temp's and hardly any wind. The ocean is getting back to normal and I am sure plenty of striped bass will be caught. Clams will probably be the bait of choice by many of the fishermen; but metal and swimming plugs will also account for a good number of the fish being taken today...........
