Sharking Today Was Great
Well we went out today for fins and grins, we left the marina at 4:30 am and headed for the sharking grounds. The water temp was 71 degrees.
We set up our chum slick and as you know the waiting game was on. We had 3 lines out at different depths,20-40-60 feet down and out at different yardage. I like to keep a bait right at the boat till it's out of sight. After a while the close rod at the boat goes off. I grab it and wait, she runs and then the fight is on. After an 1 1/2 we landed a beauty. She weighed in at 260lbs at Great Bay Marina. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
