Block to Hatteras –
The coastal waters off the coast of Long Island, Rhode Island, and Connecticut have a sea surface temperature of 39°F. Southern New Jersey through to North Carolina warms to the high 40s, with the Gulf Stream still hitting the coast of North Carolina warming the water considerably. The water systems off of the coast have not changed between yesterday and today.
