Sunday`s Bottom Report (11/28/10)

Hey guys, today was a pretty good day with most people going home with 2 to 4 black fish and throwing back quite a few shorts as well. Most of the fish came in the morning as once the afternoon came conditinos made it a little tougher to stay on the spots once you got on them. High hook had 7 keepers only keeping his limit of 6. 15 year old Stevie Wullf from Rockaway, NJ took the pool today with a 8.5lb. Blackfish. White leggers were definitely the bait of choice today for the blackfish. Just wanted to remind everyone we always supply green crabs for bait and while supplies last we will also be supplying white leggers as well. We also had about 40 or 50 ling on the boat today which is a good sign. Seems like the ling fishing is picking up.










Monday`s Bottom Report (11/29/10)

Hey Guys, got out today and fished Scotland. Had good conditions, 5-6 limits on the boat with an average of 4-5 keepers per person. Whitleggers were definetly the bait that was working today. Had 25-30 good sized Ling too! Today`s pool winner was Tommy Newton of Keansburg with a 7lb Blackfish. We will be supplying whiteleggers and green crabs, while supplies last. We will certainly be shaping up tomorrow, the forecast looks good, but after that it goes pretty much down the tube. We`ll have to see how it develops. See ya on the dock!
