Sea Bright Municipal Beach

Anyone having any luck at Sea bright Muni Beach? I am new to this and trying to figure out the best place to fish early am (start at 5-6 am and go for a few hours)
Any help or tips are appreciated, is Sandy Hook better? Which beach there, etc.
Are clams the best bait? I have only been getting shorties and it's a bummer...

I prefer the hook over sea bright. North beach seems to be the favorite of a lot of people. You didnt put but im assuming your going for stripers and clams are good but its all what there going for at the time. Getting word of bunker and eels being good right now. Just starting to pick up though so keep going!
